Train Travel During Covid-19

Navigating a lack of normalcy in 2020

Like everyone else, I’ve struggled with bouts of cabin fever this year. I am lucky to be able to work from home, although being home most of the day has its downsides. I try to get out a couple times each day for fresh air.

On the weekend, I either go for a long walk or go for a bike ride to the lake.

As Chicago moved to the less stringent stages of Quarantine, I’ve enjoyed more freedom. Bike rides to the lake, hanging out at a park.

Regardless of the phase, if I am about to come within 25 feet of anyone else, I put on a mask.

Back in July, I took a train to Milwaukee, WI. I read that the Mayor of Milwaukee had signed a masking order. I wanted to get away for a short weekend.
